- We have started our journey in 2018 by doing only labour electrical work after completion of my masters in 2018 from LD College of Engineering.
- Then we started taking small projects with material which made us understand that it is really important to have detailed and technically sound electrical drawings to keep the project running smoothly and to provide technically good work to clients, reduce material wastage, reduce rework, avoid disputes and to keep the project profitable.
- So we have learnt designing and added one layer between architect/consultants drawings and site execution to verify, rectify and manage the project efficiently. Which helped us improve our technical skills, project management skills and Quality of work execution.
- After having some experience in designing we have started doing a complete EPC project with everything in house (No outsourcing) to check our skillset and we have successfully completed the same.
- But we have understood that doing a complete EPC project with everything in house is very time consuming after a certain scale of project.
- So now we are working on a hybrid model where we will only execute the small scale projects via EPC model and bigger projects with prestigious consultants where a good amount of details are provided and who want a technically sound and ethical contractor.
- We believe in transparent and ethical work practices which can be proved by our few good work practices like Material Reconciliation, Detailed Measurement sheets, Shop Drawings, Material Management, Testing and commissioning practices.
- Due to our technical eagerness to learn We have also executed a few very critical troubleshooting jobs and impressed the clients the majority of time by reducing downtime and cost savings.
- Our thoughts, words and actions are in line and that we are Ethical, Innovative and Committed towards our work.
